Purna Prushotam Bhagwan Shree Krushna said to Yudhisthir - this meritorious day is known Parma Ekadashi. It bestows great benediction of enjoyable life and ultimately liberating from birth - death. On this Ekadashi one should worship Me, the best of all living beings, with full love and devotion.
On Dwadashi - it is specially auspicious day for Daan - in Purushottam Maas- please give away Fruits and Grains in charity.
DEEP DAAN - lighting of lamps with Ghee / Sesam Oil for the happiness of Purushottam Bhagvan Shree Krushna is very rewarding to ward off "Daridrata - poverty".
This year the Adhik Maas is the Adhik Vaishak Masa. Vaishak month is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and this makes the month and the Ekadasi highly auspicious.
